This project marked a significant milestone, achieving the full design and execution for a comprehensive dairy operation that houses 75 cows and buffalo and integrates the entire process from cattle farming through to final milk packaging. The core challenge was to transition the site into a modern, hygienic facility, demanding high-level precision engineering. We successfully developed a practical, dust-free shed design for the cattle and executed the processing unit with the critical requirement of eliminating all air gaps. This precision ensured the utmost standards of sanitation and compliance, guaranteeing a clean operational environment and the integrity of the packaged milk product.
